Using the Archive Listing Form

Registered users should ensure they have logged on so that the form queries the correct database.

Survey/Programme - Users should first select the survey/programmed they are interested in so that the list of available databases is loaded into the form.

Database release - select the database and version you wish to access. For VISTA the most recent release will be at the top. The database called VSA_DailySync is created daily and represents all files currently ingested on our load curation server. Our monitor pages show the status of file ingest into the VSA.

NB the load server is continually being updated by the WFAU team and as such is subject to slow-downs and broken links to, for example, jpeg image files. Occasionally this access will need to be turned off to allow high priority curation jobs to proceed quickly.
